Explore our social media and check out our YouTube channel where we share behind-the-scenes insights and stories direct from our team members! ## Job Description **CD PROJEKT RED** is looking for a talented and passionate **Senior Gameplay Designer** to join our team and help us develop a new game in the Witcher Saga! If you are ready to take on such a challenge, don’t hesitate and apply! :) **Daily Responsibilities:** - Proposing and documenting an innovative design for systems and features that follows the game direction. - Iterating and improving documentation for existing systems and features. - Designing, prototyping, scripting, iterating on features using a Unreal Engine 5. - Working in multidisciplinary teams on prototyping and implementing stages, ensuring that the gameplay functionality, combat systems, as well as the overall gameplay experience are carried through to completion in the highest possible quality. - Taking ownership of specific features/systems of the game. ## Qualifications - At least 5 years of professional experience in the game industry. - Proven success in creating compelling and innovative gameplay mechanics. - Experience in working with Unreal Engine 5 - prototyping, implementation and iteration. - Experience in playing and analyzing games, movies, and other forms of entertainment to understand what makes something intuitive, fun, and engaging. - Openness to receiving and giving feedback about your work. - Creating design documentation for use by different disciplines and teams. - Self critical approach and passion towards high quality solutions. - Passion for Action Games is a definite plus. - Openness for changes & experimentation and a good sense of humor are appreciated! ## Additional Information **Working mode** - Hybrid: working from our Warsaw studio. - Remote: working remotely from a location with a maximum +/- 3h time difference to Warsaw time zone. **Relocation support** - Relocation package – flight ticket, company apartment for your first month, relocating your pet, shipping your belongings: it’s all covered. - Relocation assistance — processing your legalization operations for you, assistance with finding residence, tax settlements - all you need to feel right at home is taken care of. - Polish lessons for foreign employees — and for your spouse or partner, too. - Paid Leave — from 20 to 26 days of holiday for every team member per year, paid sick leave, and paid maternity & paternity leave. **Health & Well-being** - Private medical healthcare — a selection of medical plans with dental care to choose from, which are also accessible for your partner and relatives. - Health checks — tests and vaccinations at the studio as well as professional advice and guidance from a specialist doctor. - Psychological care — free mental health support and various well-being webinars. - Multisport card — gain access to a wide number of sporting and fitness facilities across the city. **Perks & Professional Growth** - Flexible working hours — start your workday anytime between 8:00 and 10:00 AM. - Trainings, lectures and courses — internal workshops, external training for each employee, ‘Meet a star’ events, knowledge-sharing initiatives, online tutorials, and e-learning classes are all available. - REDs have access to the cafeteria platform through which they can receive subscription benefits, additional medical packages or vouchers and codes to shops and cinemas. - Merch — gifts for newborn rebels and regular chances to nab some cool swag! - A welcome pack filled with goodies — to help you feel right at home once you join the team. **Social Activities & Life in the Office** - Dog-friendly office — dog owner?
