If you're dedicated to maintaining top-notch HR standards, have a passion for video games, are proactive and organized in your approach, and find joy in connecting with people from diverse backgrounds, we encourage you to apply! **Responsibilities:** - Build strong and supportive relationships with Studio Leadership (Managers, Directors, VP’s) and internal teams to develop creative solutions supporting cross collaboration and studio growth. - Analyze and assess team development needs and lead training workshops based on company goals and priorities. - Provide guidance on employee engagement, organizational design, talent and performance development, and compensation equity. - Drive process optimization for the studio’s employee experience (onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, organizational changes, etc.). - Engage and collaborate in global People initiatives across multiple regions and locations to foster close collaboration with our North America People team. - Oversee the full employment life cycle for remote and onsite hires in Warsaw Hub. - Stay updated on HR laws and regulations. ## Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in companies with at least 300+ employees in game development/IT/Tech company. - Experience working in international settings and collaborating with teams across different locations, time zones, and cultural backgrounds. - Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment law and regulations. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational abilities. - Innovative thinker with a steadfast commitment to applying best practices. - Adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment. - Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to partner effectively with leadership and key stakeholders. - Professional proficiency in both English and Polish. **Nice to Have:** - Passion for video games or being a gamer yourself! - Professional experience in the gaming or entertainment industry highly preferred. ## Additional Information **Work mode:** office-first from the Warsaw office. **Health & Well-Being** - Private medical healthcare — a selection of medical plans with dental care and unlimited rehabilitation to choose from, which are also accessible for your partner and relatives. - Life insurance — comprehensive pension and insurance plans to protect you and your loved ones. - Annual screenings for cancer prevention covered by the company. - Psychological and psychiatrist care — free mental health support and various well-being initiatives. - Sports card — gain access to a wide number of sporting and fitness facilities across the city. - Menstrual leave — employees who menstruate can take one extra day off when experiencing period pain. - RED Parents Network — support for working parents, including childcare benefits, and family-friendly events. - RED Summer Camp for Kids — a fun summer program for children aged 5–12, majoritively paid by the company. **Perks & Professional Growth** - A welcome pack filled with goodies — to help you feel right at home once you join the team. - Trainings, lectures, and courses — workshops and trainings for each employee, knowledge-sharing initiatives, online tutorials, and e-learning classes are all available.
