3+ years in mobile game product management, publishing, or game production. Strong understanding of F2P KPIs, retention, engagement, and player behavior. Experience improving games through data and product iteration. Good understanding of monetization, economy, progression, content pacing, and level design. Experience working with external studios or distributed teams. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. High ownership and excellent follow-through. Strong written and verbal English. Hybrid-casual, puzzle, idle, arcade, or casual experience. Proficiency with A/B testing and analytics tools such as Tableau. Hands-on level design or player progression experience is a plus.
