About this job

This pivotal new Senior Finance Analyst role supports Creative Assembly's ongoing finance transformation, reporting to the Finance Manager. You will be instrumental in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, contributing to the development of a new ERP tool and enhancing studio-wide analytics. The position requires strong attention to detail, process management, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional finance qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) preferred, but consideration will be given to candidates who are part-qualified with relevant work experience. - Previous experience in a finance analyst or similar role, ideally within a corporate or commercial environment. Experience at Senior level would be beneficial, but consideration will be given to candidates with strong Analyst experience (or similar) looking for their next career step. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling. Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems is advantageous. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. - Effective written and verbal communication skills, able to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. - Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and meet changing deadlines. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build relationships across the Studio & Publisher. - High standards of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
