- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional finance qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) preferred, but consideration will be given to candidates who are part-qualified with relevant work experience.
- Previous experience in a finance analyst or similar role, ideally within a corporate or commercial environment. Experience at Senior level would be beneficial, but consideration will be given to candidates with strong Analyst experience (or similar) looking for their next career step.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling. Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, able to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and meet changing deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build relationships across the Studio & Publisher.
