Cypher Games is seeking highly motivated and analytical Product Interns to help build engaging mobile game experiences from the ground up. This hands-on, long-term role offers the chance to contribute to product decisions, design game mechanics, and analyze player data alongside the core team.

We’re looking for highly motivated and analytically strong Product Interns who want to be part of building real player experiences from the ground up.
This is a hands-on, long-term role where you’ll contribute to product decisions while taking ownership of player experience and quality.
We rely heavily on data and statistical thinking to guide our decisions, and turn insights into playable mechanics. If you’ve ever been curious about how game systems work, from slot machines and luck-based mechanics to skill-based systems, and you enjoy working with numbers, this role is for you.

Design and iterate on game mechanics, features, and levels
Analyze top mobile games to understand what makes them engaging
Contribute ideas and turn them into testable features
Take ownership of player experience and quality (testing, feedback, improvement)

Continuously test, learn, and iterate
🎯 What makes this role special
You’ll work very closely with the core team and founders
You’ll contribute directly to product decisions
