We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Infrastructure & Endpoint Security Engineer to help us protect our people, infrastructure, and data. You'll design secure systems, monitor for threats, respond to incidents, and build a culture of security awareness across the organization - bridging the gap between technical defense and human behavior.

This is a remote, full-time contractor position

Design and maintain secure network and infrastructure architecture, including firewalls, VPNs, access controls, and network segmentation. Secure servers, cloud resources, containers, virtual machines, and employee workstations, enforcing security baselines. Monitor endpoints and infrastructure for suspicious activity, collect, analyze, and correlate security logs, and detect, investigate, and respond to security incidents. Perform vulnerability analysis, risk assessment, and remediation, conducting system and network hardening. Develop and deliver internal security trainings and awareness sessions, managing platforms and content, and organizing phishing simulations. Collaborate with IT, DevOps, Infrastructure, and HR teams, completing security questionnaires and participating in client security calls. Strong understanding of network security (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, IDS/IPS, proxies), infrastructure security (on-prem, cloud, hybrid), Zero Trust, least-privilege access, endpoint security (EDR, antivirus, disk encryption), OS security (Windows, macOS, Linux), monitoring and logging systems, IAM, security hardening, patch management, and basic scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python). Good English skills (B2+).
