- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality personal work and leadership over a coherent visual style.
- Experience overseeing multiple art disciplines (2D, 3D, UI, etc.) within a game team.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both artists and non-artists.
- Proven track record of shipping high-quality games with a cohesive artistic direction.
- Experience working with game engines like Unity or Unreal.
