Reporting to the Director of Corporate Communications, this role supports and scales Discord's corporate storytelling efforts. The associate will help organize team structure, improve internal processes, and coordinate cross-functional teams. This position requires a strong communicator who can bring clarity to complex work and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience working in communications (in-house or agency)
- Strong organizational and operational instincts, with the ability to manage complex workflows
- A collaborative team player who can navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and fast-moving situations with good judgment
- Ability to move quickly, be resourceful, and deliver high-quality work
- Familiarity with Discord and/or gaming culture is a plus
