- 3–5 years of social media experience, ideally at a consumer tech, gaming, or entertainment brand
- Hands-on experience using Discord as a product and understanding its communities
- Passion for Internet culture and staying tapped into trends
- Working knowledge of the gaming landscape, culture, and key players
- Deep understanding of major social platforms (X/Twitter, Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Discord) and what makes content perform on each
- Experience coordinating cross-functional content projects with multiple stakeholders and delivering on deadline
- Comfort using data to track performance and synthesize insights
