We operate in a fast moving and internationally regulated industry. We are actively searching for a qualified Associate Legal Counsel to build and lead the legal function across the group. The role is based in Singapore and may work closely with the Chief Executive Officer from time to time. The individual will also collaborate with other departments and may be expected to engage with key stakeholders when required.
This is a hands-on role for a dynamic individual comfortable working across corporate, regulatory, commercial, and intellectual property matters in a multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional structure. The ideal candidate will not only ensure legal conformity but also work proactively to minimize the exposure of any legal risk while being commercially minded.

This is a rare opportunity to take on a high-impact role shaping the legal function for a growing multi-entity group. You work closely with the Heads of Department across corporate, regulatory, and commercial strategy.
- Law degree from a recognised university. - Qualified lawyer in Singapore, Malaysia, United Kingdom or other common law jurisdiction with 4 to 6 years of legal experience including law firm or in-house experience. - Strong knowledge of IP/TMT with experience in regulatory regimes and licensing processes. - Demonstrated experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills in a technology or gaming context. - Prior experience in industries such as technology, gaming or digital services, or familiarity with corporate structuring or cross-border data protection regimes is an advantage. - Comfortable operating with autonomy in a lean, fast-paced, multi-entity environment. - Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills. - Reliable and meticulous self-starter with strong work ethic. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to be commercially minded. - Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
