2+ years' experience in projects, project coordination or programme support, ideally within a regulated, legal or compliance environment (iGaming, financial services or similar). Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with competing deadlines and cross-functional stakeholders. Proven experience managing licensing applications and interactions with regulators across multiple jurisdictions. Strong understanding of international gaming regulations and market entry requirements. A business-related degree. Excellent project management and organisational skills across complex, cross-functional initiatives. Experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, GRC platforms and AI to manage and communicate projects. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities. A strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and strong attention to detail.
