You’ll work closely with software engineers, platform teams, and security, helping ensure our systems are highly available, observable, and resilient at scale. Part of the role includes shared production support within a follow-the-sun model, collaborating with teammates across regions to keep things running smoothly and to improve how we operate in production.

We value engineers who take ownership, think pragmatically, and enjoy working close to real systems. • Analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions, contributing to team goals and initiatives.
  • Lead and independently complete engineering initiatives from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including IT security, product managers, and engineering teams to effectively communicate DevOps related concerns and mitigate risks.
  • Innovate within the team by pushing for improvements and driving constructive changes to enhance team performance and efficiency.
  • Proactively build operational capability to detect and drive remediation of incidents before they happen.
  • Continuously stay on top of an evolving environments’ landscape, promoting best practices and fostering a proactive mindset throughout the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure engineering, with a focus on Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform.
  • Deep expertise in managing and scaling cloud-based infrastructure with AWS services (EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, IAM, etc.).
  • Strong experience in container orchestration with Kubernetes, Helm, and service meshes.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD automation using ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience in monitoring, logging, and observability using Datadog, Prometheus, or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of security best practices, networking, and performance tuning in distributed cloud environments.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex distributed systems.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset to address complex technical challenges and devise innovative solutions.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies to grow as a DevOps engineer.
