About this job
As a Junior VIP Host, you will be the face of Easygo Gaming's online casino, building and maintaining relationships with high-value players on Stake.us through online chat. Your role involves managing a portfolio of up to 350 U.S. players, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring each interaction is a personalized and memorable experience. You will act as an ambassador, focusing on building trust and rapport.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a customer service environment.
- Excellent communication and writing skills are required.
- Strong gambling knowledge is advantageous.
- Cryptocurrency knowledge is advantageous.
- Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom.
