You'll get close to customer flows like registration, KYC and payments, contribute to new market entry programmes, and help build the evidence packages that prove we're meeting our obligations. - Document and maintain compliance controls across customer flows like registration, KYC, payments and gaming, keeping everything current as requirements evolve - Translate regulatory obligations into clear, practical requirements for our Product and Engineering teams - Contribute to market entry compliance reviews, regulatory sign off evidence packages, and data retention and reporting documentation - Support KYC refresh programmes, AML screening and transaction monitoring, building working knowledge of the tools behind them - Research jurisdiction specific AML record keeping obligations to support compliance assessments - Coordinate cross functional input for new market launches, including self-assessments, regulatory submissions, data migration and compliance tool integrations - Support requirements gathering for third-party compliance tools - 2-3 years’ experience in a second line compliance oversight role, ideally within online gaming or a similarly regulated industry - Proven track record working across multiple departments and jurisdictions - Strong understanding of the three lines of defence model - Ability to influence, challenge and engage senior stakeholders with credibility - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience delivering senior-level reporting - Comfortable working with ambiguity, taking initiative to fill gaps without a defined process - Strong attention to detail, with the focus to read and extract from dense documentation
