Your role with us: 

As a Product Design Team Lead, you'll combine hands-on design with people leadership, guiding a team of designers to create intuitive, high-performing mobile experiences that deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers. You'll coach and mentor your team through meaningful feedback, collaboration, and design leadership while setting the standard across key product initiatives.

Working closely with Product Design, Product, and Engineering leaders, you'll shape our mobile strategy, influence roadmap decisions, and champion mobile-first thinking across the business. You'll play a key role in evolving our products across iOS and Android, ensuring every experience is scalable, intuitive, and built to the highest design standards.

What you will do: 

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Designers through coaching, feedback, and career development.
• Drive the design and delivery of best-in-class mobile experiences across iOS and Android.
• Translate complex desktop experiences into intuitive, mobile-first customer journeys.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape product strategy and influence roadmap decisions.
• Champion mobile UX best practices, platform guidelines, and accessibility standards.
• Maintain exceptional design quality through reviews, critiques, and hands-on contribution.
• Drive the evolution of our design systems to support scalable mobile experiences across multiple devices.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing design culture built on continuous learning and innovation.

What you will bring: 

• 8+ years' experience in Product Design, including experience leading teams or large-scale product initiatives.
• Proven experience designing and shipping high-quality mobile products across iOS and Android.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional mobile design craft and measurable product outcomes.
• Experience transforming complex desktop or web experiences into intuitive mobile-first products.
• Deep understanding of mobile UX, platform guidelines, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• A collaborative leadership style with a passion for mentoring designers and building high-performing teams.
• Strategic thinking combined with the ability to stay hands-on and deliver high-quality design outcomes.

Bonus points if you also have:

• Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
• Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
• Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom
