About this job

As a Senior Software Quality Engineer, you will champion quality strategies within Agile sprints, focusing on rapid feedback and efficient product delivery. You will design and execute automated functional, performance, and security testing, and architect robust test pipelines. This role involves strategic exploratory testing, collaborative defect resolution, and proactive participation in code reviews to foster a culture of shared ownership.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 6+ years of hands-on experience in Software Quality Engineering in Agile environments. - Proficient in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites and frameworks for E2E and API (e.g., Playwright, Cypress). - Exposure to performance testing tools such as k6. - Strong understanding of software quality principles, testing methodologies, and best practices. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. - Strong desire to learn new technologies and continuously improve testing skills. - Strong leadership qualities, capable of mentoring and fostering growth in others. - Familiarity with technologies such as Docker, and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., AWS Code Pipeline, Github Actions). - Experience using monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Datadog, New Relic, Grafana). - Exposure to, or experience contributing to, lower-level tests such as Unit and Integration tests.
