This Staff Frontend Software Engineer role involves hands-on coding, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability. You will lead technical discussions, innovate within the team, and mentor junior engineers. The role requires analyzing complex problems and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 9+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, with a primary focus on frontend development.
- Experience with Svelte + SvelteKit or other server-side rendering frameworks (e.g. React + NextJS, Vue + Nuxt, Quasar, etc).
- Proficiency in JavaScript fundamentals, Subscriptions (WebSockets, Pub/Sub), TypeScript, GraphQL, Storybook and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of code architecture and design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset to address complex technical challenges and devise innovative solutions.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies to grow as a full-stack engineer.
- Experience with Node.js, Docker, Cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related technologies (Preferred).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., AWS Code Pipeline, Github Actions) for automating the deployment process (Preferred).
