- 5+ years’ experience in a dedicated reward role with strong remuneration expertise
- Hands-on AON job grading experience is essential
- Strong analytical capability with experience in market benchmarking, data interpretation and evidence-based recommendations
- Experience supporting end-to-end remuneration review cycles, including data management, modelling and stakeholder communication
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with HRBPs, Finance, senior leaders and external partners
- Ability to move between detailed execution and broader strategic thinking as required
- Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to translate data into clear insight and impact
- Exposure to global or multi-region reward design and implementation (Bonus)
- Experience in tech, gaming, entertainment or high-growth scale-up environments (Bonus)
- Ability to flex between hands-on delivery and broader strategic contribution depending on context (Bonus)
