As an AI Quality Lead at Electronic Arts, you will establish and lead the AI Quality program for the Self-Service Fan Care team. This role involves defining quality standards, user experience metrics, and ensuring ongoing quality performance across AI-powered self-service capabilities. You will also be accountable for launch readiness, post-launch governance, and continuous quality improvement cycles.
Requirements
- 5+ years of program management experience in a related industry, with direct responsibility for quality programs or AI/ML-powered products.
- Experience defining and operationalizing measurable AI quality KPIs for large-scale, production environments.
- Experience influencing launch decisions and enforcing governance standards with technical and business partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
