As the Business Operations Lead for the Data & Insights (D&I) team at Electronic Arts, you will drive operational execution, manage business rhythms, and provide clear, decision-ready insights to leadership. You will oversee financial operations, support workforce planning, and implement scalable processes to enhance efficiency and consistency across workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years in business operations, program management, or consulting, with demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional workstreams
- Proven ability to run operating cadences and deliver executive-ready reporting with clear, decision-oriented insights
- Strong financial experience, including budget management, cost control, and variance analysis
- Proficiency in core tools (Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI)
