- Plan and implement community and creator-led GTM activations to support marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with integrated comms, PR, and social teams across time zones to build and deploy local channel plans.
- Design and manage creator and ambassador programs—identifying, onboarding, and nurturing local talent.
- Initiate and support community-driven and campaign events (online or in-person).
- Track engagement performance and community sentiment to measure success and improve future strategies.
- Deliver reporting on community and creator activations, sharing applicable insights.
- Manage budgets, contracts, and project timelines across community and creator activations.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing engagement, creator relations, or campaign activation—preferably in gaming, entertainment, or digital media.
- Expertise developing creator programs and managing creator partnerships.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the local gaming ecosystem, community platforms, and creator landscape.
- Demonstrated partner management, project management, and reporting skills.
- Fluent in Japanese and English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in creator analytics, social listening, and community management tools.
- Experience working with agencies and third-party vendors in a marketing or community capacity.
