About this job
This is a posting for a future opportunity, intended to build a candidate pipeline for upcoming hiring needs. As a Data Analyst within the Player & Quality Insights team, you will convert data into actionable insights to inform decisions and influence game quality. You will develop new methods to understand player behavior and feedback, reporting to a Director, Data.
Requirements
- 2+ years of work experience in a past analytical role, using data to guide process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or completion of post-secondary level Math and Statistics courses.
- Excellent foundation of math and statistical knowledge including an understanding of probability, correlation, regression, classification, and the development of statistical models.
- Proficient in SQL and ability to extract data from large data sources with differing structures.
- Proficient in software tools like Power BI or Tableau to create easy-to-understand data visualizations.
- Experience with the Agile/Waterfall processes.
- Experience presenting and prioritizing with people at multiple levels of business and technical expertise.
