- Develop memorable and comprehensive brand visual identity systems and key art across all player touchpoints.
- Oversee and participate in the execution of live services content across various owned and paid channels.
- Lead and direct external agencies, ensuring large-scale projects remain on track.
- Present work and build alignment with stakeholders on strategy, design direction, and execution.
- Interpret creative feedback and data to inform an iterative design process.
- Create and maintain brand toolkits, brief partner teams, and ensure consistency and quality.
- 7+ years of design experience.
- Experience creating for global brands in digital, print, and environmental channels with a track record of delivering robust brand design systems.
- Deep knowledge and hands-on skills in all aspects of brand identity, including typography, iconography, illustration, photography, visual language, and messaging.
- Ability to develop ideas from concept to execution utilizing vast knowledge of strategic branding, retail environments, and marketing channels.
- Provide clear direction to the team and effectively communicate concepts and executions to stakeholders.
