This Senior Developer Relations Manager role in Shanghai serves as the primary contact for FC Mobile teams, Asia Publishing, Asia-based studios, and key regional external partners within EA's Digital Platform (EADP). The role involves building trusted relationships, representing the "voice of the customer," and partnering with EADP teams to deliver solutions. It also includes project managing specific development projects and ensuring regional teams receive quality solutions on schedule.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Software Development, Platform Evangelism, Developer Relations or Program Management in a distributed team environment.
- 5+ Experience running Software Development projects, especially with partners preferred as a Program Manager, Project Manager.
- 3+ years of experience with modern project management and SDLC processes and artifacts.
- 3+ years experience across component definition, design, engagement, engineering, and service management for highly available online services and platforms.
- Creative and strategic thinker who can consider needs holistically across a broad spectrum of services providing pragmatism and diligence.
- Experience managing senior technical and non-technical leadership needs.
- Demonstrable skills in predicting and removing blockers and ability to manage incidents and escalations.
- Data-driven decision-making to inform delivery and prioritization.
- Product development experience (Bonus).
- Game development experience (Bonus).
- AI/Cloud development experience (Bonus).
