- 5+ years of Project Management Experience with production lifecycles, processes and project planning in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
- 3+ years of People Management experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑disciplinary projects using established methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience leading teams through complex or undefined problems, aligning partners, and delivering practical solutions.
- Experience with project scheduling, capacity planning, and risk management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience using Jira or similar work management tools (preferred).
