Electronic Arts is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead the QV Software Quality and Technology strategy for the Battlefield Franchise. This role involves championing a culture of excellence, leading execution of software quality strategies, and driving planning and reporting mechanisms. The Director will ensure the quality of Battlefield exceeds player expectations and build strong relationships with partners.
Requirements
- 10+ years of proven experience leading execution and delivery of complex software engineering projects in the space of digital entertainment.
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills to report product and project status.
- Proven expertise in directing project execution with geographically distributed teams, adeptly navigating varied time zones and cultural dynamics.
- Excel at being autonomous in synergy with the team's leadership mindset and expectations.
