Role Overview
As a Lead Engineer on the FC Mobile team, you’ll help shape the foundation that powers the world’s most popular mobile football experience. You will design, build, and lead large-scale, high-performance systems and web experiences that support live features for millions of players. You will manage engineers while working closely with designers, engineers, quality verification (QV) testers, and product owners to deliver reliable and scalable solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines technical ownership, people management, and active contribution to architecture and development. You will play a crucial role in providing technical leadership, overseeing project execution, and mentoring team members while ensuring engineering best practices are consistently followed.
This role reports to the Technical Director.
