Senior Talent Coordinator
Join us at Electronic Arts (EA), a global leader in interactive entertainment, where you will help inspire the world to play. As a Senior Talent Coordinator, you will guide candidates through a seamless recruiting journey, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our commitment to creativity, inclusion, and positive play. You will collaborate with our Global Talent Acquisition team, supporting the hiring of talent for iconic franchises like EA Sports FC, The Sims, Battlefield, and Apex Legends. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will help us deliver a world-class candidate experience and contribute to EA's reputation as a Best Place to Work. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week in office work expected in our Vancouver office.
Responsibilities:
• You will coordinate new hire onboarding tasks.
• You will contribute to process improvement projects within Global Talent Acquisition, helping us refine workflows and enhance our Talent Coordinator Community.

• Outlook, Applicant Tracking Systems, Workday, Google Workspace

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$60,300 - $78,800 CAD
Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
In Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
