millions of players. As Moderation Operations Manager, you will guide our distributed moderation
teams, promote responsible use of technology, and improve player safety across iconic
franchises. You will report to the Director Moderation Operations, Fan Care and help us shape
the future of moderation through new ideas and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
• You will lead distributed moderation teams, promoting engagement and improving
operational performance for global player communities.
• You will manage quality, governance, escalation, and workflow improvements, using
operational data to refine processes and increase impact.
• You will partner with multiple teams, including Product, Community, and Player Safety, to
improve moderation workflows and tools.
• You will guide pilots and scale new moderation capabilities, ensuring safe transitions to
external partners and responsible use of AI and automation.
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years managing operational teams in content moderation, trust and safety, online safety,
or similar high-risk environments.
• Experience improving moderation operations by using data and insights to refine processes
and measure outcomes.
Experience partnering with multiple teams to shape and scale new moderation workflows,
channels, and tools.
• Relevant operational leadership experience; degree in business, operations, management, or
technology is beneficial.
