Electronic Arts creates next-level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. Here, everyone is part of the story. Part of a community that connects across the globe. A place where creativity thrives, new perspectives are invited, and ideas matter. A team where everyone makes play happen.
Role: Growth Operations Lead
Location: Singapore (hybrid)
Employment type: Full-time
You will report to Head of Growth
At EA, we believe games are powerful because they bring together multiple ways people engage play, watch, create, and connect. And the biggest entertainment platforms aren't just places to consume content — they're places where communities build.Creator-made content is already a part of EA's history, from community creation tools in Battlefield to The Gallery in The Sims 4. We believe creative technologies will expand how players engage with and contribute to our experiences, supported by thoughtful product design, safety systems, and global reach. Our focus is on helping more players participate in creative expression by making creation easier, safer, and more rewarding.
Responsibilities:
The Growth operating system
Run the operating rhythm of Growth: performance reviews, gate reviews and decision forums
Hold a single source of truth for plan, ownership and status that people use rather than work around
Protect our progression gates, so we scale when milestones are met
Turn what we learn into playbooks, and feed those back into how the system works
Growth data, metrics and agent systems
Work with Engineering on the data and agent systems Growth runs on, and build the loops that get insight to teams in time to change a decision
Define and hold the metrics that matter for a creator platform
Keep decision logs and escalation paths, and run milestone reviews against the defined metrics
Group and partner interface
Surface the growth effects of product decisions early, while they can still change
Align Growth, Product, Design, Technology and Trust & Safety on milestone readiness
Run the daily working connection with the group, planning rhythm, dependency tracking and escalation
Build the relationship with platform partners including the app stores: policy review, submission readiness and launch requirements
Get our web and owned surfaces ready and instrumented — sign-up and acquisition pages, store listings, creator documentation and community spaces
Hold agencies and vendors to scope, with change control rather than absorbed scope creep
Compliance and system boundaries
Work with Legal to give every market-entry obligation a named owner and a closing date
Surface legal, safety and policy dependencies as schedule items rather than discovering them as blockers
Process and automation
Maintain and evolve our agentic workflows, so the system tells us when something has moved instead of waiting to be asked
Design lightweight processes that create speed, and remove manual reporting rather than adding to it
Partner with Growth Intelligence to encode system rules into automation
What we are looking for:
You think in systems. You see how the parts connect, and where they will break before they break.
5+ years experience in games, UGC or consumer platforms at scale
You build with AI and agents rather than talk about them.
You have put agentic workflows into production use.
You automate by default. Your first response to a manual report is to remove it, not to schedule it.
Fluency in Mandarin is preferable
Experience in a startup or scale-up where speed is normal
Background in creator ecosystems, community platforms or live-service operations
Experience working with app store partners on launch and policy review
