Job Summary
Join Electronic Arts as an ERG Enablement Partner, Americas, to drive the success of Employee Resource Groups across the region. You'll be the operational owner for key ERGs, ensuring strategic alignment and fostering an inclusive environment for a global community of players and employees.

This role enables and operationalizes Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) across the Americas, serving as the primary contact for operational and enablement needs for assigned ERGs like ASPIRE, BEAT!, and SOMOS. The partner will support ERG leaders, ensure alignment with global strategy, and manage projects to enhance ERG effectiveness and experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program management, employee engagement, or operations within a global organization.
- Ability to work across regions, cultures, and time zones.
- Proven ability to review information, make informed decisions, and influence partners without direct authority.
- Comfortable with Agile and iterative delivery models.
- Experience supporting ERGs or inclusion programs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
