As Senior Director of Product Management for EE Tech at Electronic Arts, you will lead global collaboration, productivity, digital assistant, and AI product strategies. You will guide a senior team, define enterprise-wide product strategies, and ensure alignment with business priorities, focusing on measurable outcomes and organizational transformation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership of senior PMs and management of complex, multi-product portfolios in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience defining and leading enterprise-wide collaboration and productivity strategies, driving adoption and measurable business impact across platforms such as Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience guiding AI/ML product development, data governance, and roadmap ownership, with measurable success in launching AI solutions for large, multinational organizations.
- Experience partnering with Legal, Privacy, Security, and Compliance to manage AI risk and regulatory compliance, including GDPR and AI Act requirements.
- Strong understanding of product management methodologies, software development lifecycle, and enterprise governance practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree welcomed.
