About this job

As a Lead Producer for EA SPORTS™ FC, you will spearhead the program for customized play and self-expression experiences, aligning with broader franchise goals. This role involves driving successful execution through collaboration with development leaders and partner teams, reporting to the Production Director. You will establish roadmaps, use insights for goal setting, and manage program schedules and milestones.

Requirements

- You are an experienced Producer or Product Manager with 10+ years of experience in game production roles, tenured with building products from creation to live services. - You have a track record leading 30+ people teams. - You have passion for pioneering, and encouraging others to consider different perspectives. - You use data and insights to inform decision-making, planning and road mapping. - You are a master of influence and an accomplished mediator and resolver of conflicts. - You are able to navigate ambiguity and proactively transform unknowns into actionable solutions.
