As a Lead Product Manager for Design Home, you will define the product vision, roadmap, and performance outcomes for major initiatives. You will guide a cross-functional team to drive growth, engagement, and profitability across the live service. This role plays a central part in expanding the game's economy, player expression systems, and novel gameplay experiences to reach new audiences.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, ideally within mobile gaming or live-service products.
- Proven track record of managing successful products with strong engagement and monetization outcomes.
- Advanced analytical capabilities, including proficiency with Excel, SQL, and data modeling.
- Strong understanding of player psychology and UX design principles.
- Ability to interpret complex data, extract insights, and translate them into actionable strategy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across design, engineering, and leadership teams.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven, results-oriented approach.
- Passion for gaming and deep familiarity with mobile game mechanics, player motivations, and industry trends.
