As a Lead QA Specialist at Maxis for The Sims, you will lead and coordinate the quality assurance team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software. Your expertise in testing methodologies, tools, and leadership will be essential in maintaining a commitment to excellence, partnering with development and production teams, and mentoring junior talent.
Requirements
- 5+ years' of experience in Quality Assurance supporting multiple platforms, such as Mobile, PC or Gaming Consoles.
- 5+ years' of experience using test tools (e.g. JIRA), testing methodology, and QA processes.
- Understanding test automation principles and a proactive approach to learning and applying AI-powered testing tools, platforms, or AI-assisted test generation techniques.
- Experience with AI-driven Test Insights/Solution.
- An understanding of game development, interdisciplinary dependencies and associated development risks.
- Experience using development tools to enhance white and gray-box testing strategies.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
