Lead Salesforce Developer

- Bachelor's degree in Computer science engineering or equivalent with overall 8+ years of experience as a Lead Salesforce developer. - 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing custom solutions using Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Custom Objects, Workflows, Triggers and Jobs - Strong architecture and design capabilities - Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and their applicability to solve complex business problems - Must have Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, including designing and developing custom integrations on the Salesforce platform - Must have good experience in Omnichannel implementation (Async Chat, Phone, Email) along with Amazon connect/CTI - Experience handling and managing large volumes of data and transactions with Salesforce - Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and governance frameworks. - Independently craft and deliver large sophisticated projects - Provide mentoring and guidance to team members to support their understanding of the architecture and aid in their technical development - Solid understanding of SDLC processes and experience working on Agile projects with distributed teams - Good experience and understanding of UI/JavaScript frameworks - Experience building Restful services and good understanding of integration principles - Good to have exposure to Salesforce package based development and enterprise architecture design patterns - Good to have exposure to Agentforce - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, System Architect, Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist) strongly preferred
