You will work on different groundbreaking tools and systems to provide Localization to our products. EA has built a Localization powerhouse that covers the needs for both current and next-generation platforms. The **Loc. Video Visual Artist**will report to the**Loc Video Visual Artist Lead .** This job is an hybrid model, base office located in Madrid. **Responsibilities:** - Video Localization: Edit and adapt localized videos for different languages, formats, and distribution channels. - Advanced In-game Capture: Plan and build gameplay capture with localization criteria, use developer commands, and understand UX/UI structures. - Static Asset Adaptation: Design and localize banners, newsletters, thumbnails, art, and other visual materials. - Autonomous Project Management: Define deliverables, estimate timelines, plan tasks, and make operational decisions. - Direct Partner Communication: Communicate with coordinators, internal clients, external agencies, and other teams. - Technological Implementation: Practical application of automation tools, AI-based solutions, and new technologies to improve efficiency and reduce repetitive tasks. - Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Produce tutorials, templates, workflows, and technical documentation to standardize processes and facilitate continuous improvement. **Qualifications:** - Experience (5+ years) in video editing and audiovisual localization in professional environments. Proficient in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. - Experience of gameplay capture tools. - Experience with graphic design and adaptation of static visual materials, including banners, newsletters, thumbnails, art, etc. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software. - Manage projects autonomously, including task planning, defining deliverables, direct client interaction, and coordination with external agencies. - Mindset focused on continuous improvement, interested in identifying optimization opportunities and applying practical solutions. - Familiarity or experience integrating AI tools and automation processes in audiovisual and creative tasks. - work especially in diverse contexts with multiple partners. **_About Electronic Arts_** We’re proud to have an extensive portfolio of games and experiences, locations around the world, and opportunities across EA.
