At Electronic Arts, the Talent Acquisition Manager in Bogotá will lead and develop a team of recruiters, supporting the growth of the Quality Verification Center of Excellence. This role involves translating enterprise talent strategies into local impact, managing hiring forecasts, and developing sourcing strategies to attract top talent. The manager will partner with senior leaders, use data to inform hiring plans, and identify process improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading and scaling recruiting teams, including in growth or new-site environments.
- Experience implementing workforce planning and inclusive hiring practices for diverse teams.
- Experience presenting to teams and delivering trainings.
- Experience using recruiting analytics and Measurements to improve team effectiveness, and to influence partners.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and improve programs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in human resources or related field.
