- Licensed CPA.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in public accounting and/or industry.
- Experience performing U.S. GAAP technical accounting research and drafting technical accounting memoranda.
- Demonstrated project management and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to exercise sound professional judgment.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new accounting areas, adapt to changing priorities, and operate effectively in an evolving and complex environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex accounting concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
