About this job

As Managing Director, XO Creative Studio, you will be a senior operations leader responsible for the operating system of the Creative Studio, ensuring strategic execution, operational excellence, and efficient resource allocation. You will partner with the SVP XO Creative Studio to translate priorities into actionable plans, manage budgets, and drive cross-functional alignment across a multi-disciplinary creative organization.

Requirements

- Lead the strategic execution of the SVP XO Creative Studio’s vision, translating priorities into operating plans and milestones. - Own the operating rhythm, including leadership team meetings, business reviews, and quarterly planning. - Drive cross-functional alignment across Creative, Creative Production, Events, and Music. - Partner with SVP and People/HR to strengthen organizational design, role clarity, and operating norms. - Establish consistent leadership mechanisms for goal setting, performance, and talent review. - Own the Creative Studio annual planning and budget management process, including spend tracking and re-forecasting. - Stand up clear governance for headcount planning, vendor/agency usage, and resourcing decisions. - Act as the primary connector between Creative Studio and Experiences COEs, standardizing workflows. - Identify operational friction and drive continuous improvement through better tools and processes. - Lead complex, cross-team initiatives from ambiguity to execution, establishing strong project/program management practices. - Own leadership-level preparation for reviews, milestones, and executive touch points, ensuring clear narratives. - 12–15+ years in business operations, operational leadership, program leadership, or creative operations in media/entertainment/tech/gaming. - 5+ years leading teams (directly and/or through influence), including developing senior talent. - Demonstrated success building and running operating rhythms, planning cycles, and cross-functional governance at scale. - Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills. - Fluency with planning and project/program management tools, GSuite/MSFT, and dashboards/analytics.
