- 8+ years of professional game development experience.
- Expertise in designing and implementing tools and workflows from upstream content creation applications to runtime.
- High level of proficiency with programming in DCC languages (Python, MEL, C#) and UI frameworks (Qt).
- Familiarity with third-party software such as Autodesk Maya and Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
- Strong interest in content creation workflows, techniques, and innovation.
- Experience building and supporting a large workflow/tool through the ship of a title or season.
- Ability to collaborate with end-users to identify challenges and opportunities.
- Capability to educate teams on system usage, best practices, and encourage adoption.
- Skill in building and driving multi-disciplinary coalitions for cross-organizational solutions.
- Proven ability to design, build, and maintain art pipelines and custom tools.
