Reporting to the QVS Development Director, you will oversee QA project planning and execution, collaborating with development teams and QA peers to coordinate project schedules, strategize tests, and manage project metrics. You will be an essential part of knowledge transfer and communication, working to enhance QA practices and advocate for game design and implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- 7+ years of experience in project management or team leadership roles in QA or software development
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and bug tracking tools
- Understanding of software development processes
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with white-box/gray-box testing techniques
