About this job
As an Automation lead and Subject Matter Expert, you will drive automation strategies and implementation for EA Bogota, guiding teams and collaborating with partners. You will also be responsible for quality and data analysis, translating metrics into data-driven decisions, and promoting defect prevention.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in test automation, with a focus on scenario scripting and designing node-based workflows.
- Experience contributing ideas and feedback to shape long-term technical strategy (12+ month timeframe).
- Experience helping others to contribute to automation's initiative, being a direct mentor to help them grow their technical skillset and in identifying advanced automation opportunities.
- Proficient in the creation and management of test strategy evolution anchored in Defect prevention, containment, and early QA involvement.
- Experience implementing continuous improvement plans from start to finish.
- Experience using technology (e.g. automation, data analysis) to enhance player satisfaction.
- Experience with software development practices, system architecture, and development risks.
- Practical experience applying AI/ML solutions to improve automation efficiency is nice to have.
