Electronic Arts is seeking an experienced Software Engineer for Quality Verification & Standards in Seoul. This role focuses on driving software excellence by developing and implementing AI-driven solutions for quality control, test automation, AI pipelines, and CI/CD systems. You will collaborate with game development and QA teams to integrate AI/ML into Dev/QV processes, ensuring the highest quality standards for gaming experiences.
Requirements
- Build AI-driven solutions to enhance quality engineering processes and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for applying machine learning and data analytics to improve product quality.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of AI tools and frameworks into existing QA workflows.
- Mentor team members on AI technologies, best practices, and implementation strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Software Engineer or in a related engineering role.
- Expertise in AI/ML technologies, including hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) or LLM Model.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience working in Agile or cross-functional teams.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers on AI and software engineering best practices.
