Salesforce Architect

- Bachelor's degree in Computer science engineering or equivalent with overall 10+ years of experience as a Lead Salesforce developer. - 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing custom solutions using Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Custom Objects, Workflows, Triggers and Jobs. - Exceptional architectural expertise, having successfully driven and built multiple projects from the ground up. - Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and their applicability to solve complex business problems. - Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, including designing and developing custom integrations on the Salesforce platform. - Good experience in Omnichannel implementation (Async Chat, Phone, Email) along with Amazon connect/CTI. - Experience handling and managing large volumes of data and transactions with Salesforce. - Independently craft and deliver large sophisticated projects. - Provide mentoring and guidance to team members to support their understanding of the architecture and aid in their technical development. - Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and governance frameworks. - Solid understanding of SDLC processes and experience working on Agile projects with distributed teams. - Good experience and understanding of UI/JavaScript frameworks. - Experience building Restful services and good understanding of integration principles. - Exposure to Salesforce package based development and enterprise architecture design patterns (good to have). - Exposure to Agentforce (good to have). - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, System Architect, Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist) strongly preferred.
