About this job

As a Senior Compensation Manager, you will act as a strategic advisor and consultant to People Experience partners and business leaders, guiding them on complex business and talent needs. You will oversee the implementation, communication, and administration of global compensation programs and contribute to project development with cross-functional teams. This hybrid role involves reporting to the Director, Global Compensation Partners, and working on various compensation initiatives.

Requirements

- BA/BS in a related field - 7+ years of compensation experience in a client-facing role - Managed close working relationships with multiple partners, including executives and peers - Extensive experience designing and implementing compensation programs (including expertise in salary structure, bonus and long-term programs) - Experience presenting compensation topics to PE Partners and Managers - Advanced Excel skills (can perform complex functions) and data modeling/analytics capability
