About this job

As Senior Director, Executive Compensation, you will report to the VP Total Rewards and guide the design, governance, and administration of executive compensation across our global teams. You will partner with executive leadership and the Total Rewards team to deliver programs that attract and retain talent, while supporting our long-term priorities.

Requirements

- 12+ years of experience in executive compensation, incentives, rewards strategy, or related areas within complex, global organizations, and in both the public market and private entity environment. - 8+ years of experience designing, governing, and administering executive compensation programs, including regulatory and compliance considerations. - 8+ years of experience collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to develop and implement enterprise-wide compensation strategies and programs. - Proven experience delivering complex compensation insights to executive audiences, with strong financial acumen and expertise in forecasting and scenario-based analysis.
