About this job

This role focuses on translating the People Experience team's strategic direction into actionable plans and operational systems. The Senior Manager will build and maintain operating rhythms, manage the work portfolio, and ensure integrated execution across the function, partnering with People Leadership to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements

- Support processes for setting annual priorities, outcomes, and success measures for People Experience. - Translate strategic direction into clear, integrated work plans. - Maintain and review the full portfolio of People Experience work, identifying risks, gaps, dependencies, and resource needs. - Serve as a critical integration point across the function, identifying collaboration opportunities. - Partner with Senior Communications Manager for consistent communication. - Maintain governance structures and operating rhythms for strategic execution. - Co-Facilitate People Experience wide meetings, planning sessions, and workshops. - Support Chief of Staff in designing agendas, materials, and facilitation approaches. - Effective at shaping functional strategy and translating it into clear plans. - Experienced in leading portfolio management and operational planning processes. - An integrator who connects work with multiple teams and builds agreement across senior leaders. - Can facilitate executive-level discussions and simplify complexity for decision-making. - Known for driving structure and clarity without slowing the business down. - Uses data, visuals, and insights to support decisions and shape compelling narratives.
