About this job

As a Senior Game Product Manager with The Sims, you will be a key part of the team dedicated to improving gameplay updates. You will serve as the PM representative for a gameplay workstream, ensuring that new features and updates delight players. This role involves generating insights, collaborating with various teams, and driving improvements to the gameplay roadmap process.

Requirements

- 5 or more years of Product Management experience - Previous experience launching and optimizing gameplay features for a large title - Previous experience leading roadmap planning for a large title - Analytical background; Experience turning data into actionable insights - MBA, business, or software engineering background - Passion for games, especially Life Simulation games
