As a Senior Quality Designer at Electronic Arts, you will lead verification strategy and quality standards for The Sims, focusing on base game and new content. This hybrid role involves hands-on testing, applying shift-left practices, and partnering with development to identify risks early and ensure predictable delivery and live health.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Quality Verification or QA on complex or live-service products.
- Hands-on testing experience with risk-based test strategy.
- Experience with shift-left testing practices and automation plans.
- Proficiency in SQL for extracting and reporting on project data to deliver relevant insights.
- Experience leading verification across multiple product areas and distributed teams.
